The Smart Home of the Fraunhofer-inHaus-Center – Sonepar will play a central role in the realignment.

The Fraunhofer-inHaus-Center will be cooperating with the Sonepar Germany GmbH – January 1st was the starting point for the major wholesaler in electronics to become an active partner of the inHaus. Sonepar occupies an important position in the field of smart home technology.

 “We are very happy to win a strong and reliable partner as Sonepar for the inHaus, furthermore I am sure the partnership is a clear added value for all parties involved”, explains Wolfgang Gröting, head of the inHaus-Center, with great enthusiasm.
As a partner Sonepar is mainly involved in the technology and market segment of electronics and sanitation systems. This is the reason why Sonepar will also play an important role in restructuring and remodeling the Smart Home which is a part of the InHaus Center. “From now on we also want to focus on age-appropriate living in our smart home section. As market leader in the field of B2B-Electronics Sonepar is provided with a great number of contacts and possibilities. On the other hand we offer an extraordinary expertise in the technology sector as well as a network of industry and research. We are looking forward to a close and successful cooperation”, says Wolfgang Gröting.

Together we will work on new technology and application possibilities as well as energy efficient solutions for intelligent buildings.”

The contract of partnership is effective since 1st of January 2019 and is set for 5 years.
